Mr. Ladislao de Arriba Azcona, graduated in Journalism by the Salamanca University. He is Director of Inypsa S.A. and Chairman of Estudio de Comunicación, company focused on strategic communication and operating in 20 countries. He is Director of several companies in a wide range of sectors: real estate, internet, food and beverage… He was appointed Director of Tecnocom on December 20th, 2005.

Javier Martín García
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Javier Martín García, graduated in Economics and Technical Telecommunication Engineering and PDG by the IESE. He began his professional career in 1984 in different entrepreneurial projects and counts with more than 15 years of experience in the ICT industry. He has been Chairman and first executive of KERN Datanet, S.A, Managing Director and CEO of Telindus for Spain and Vice Chairman of Telindus Group. He was appointed Director of Tecnocom on April 25th, 2005.

Jose Luis Méndez Lopez
Vice-Chairman

Mr. Jose Luis Méndez Lopez, representative of CXG Corporación Caixa Galicia, S.A.U., Professor at the Escuela de Comercio of La Coruña and graduated in Economics by the Complutense University of Madrid. Since 1981, he has been Managing Director of the Caixa Galicia Savings Bank. He also holds the following responsabilities: Chairman of CXG Corporación Caixa Galicia, Chairman of Grupo Ahorro Corporación Financiera, Vice-Chairman of CASER, Vice-Chairman of Medios Audiovisuales Gallegos, S.L., representative of the Spanish Savings Bank Confederation, Director of Sacyr Vallehermoso Group, Vice-Chairman of Caixa Galicia Foundation, Member of the Principe de Asturias Board of Trustees and Director of La Coruña Port Authority. He was appointed Director on November 20th, 2006.

Leonardo Sánchez-Heredero Álvarez

Mr. Leonardo Sánchez-Heredero Álvarez has developed his professional career in the real estate sector counting with more than 25 years of experience. He also started several entrepreneurial projects, national and internationally, in the engineering and consulting, telecommunications, construction, environmental, industrial and financial areas. Currently, he is Chairman and CEO of several companies of the real estate and services sectors, being Promociones Keops, Grupo Inmobiliario Delta and Parcesa the most relevant ones. He is Director of Inypsa, S.A. He was appointed Director of Tecnocom on June 19th 1990 for the first time and was reelected on July 28th 2005.

Andreas M. Ziegenhain
Director

Mr. Andreas Ziegenhain, representative of Getronics International BV, has been Executive Vice President International at Getronics since April 2010 and is responsible for Getronics International - Global Workspace Management and the Operating Countries. Before Andreas Ziegenhain (1965) joined Getronics he has been working at Siemens AG since 1999 . In this time he held several - often global - positions such as CEO for Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) Latin America and the Asia region. In the last years he was the CEO of SIS, Germany. Andreas Ziegenhain previously spent 7 years at McKinsey in Germany and the USA. He is appointed Director of Tecnocom per January, 2011 and will take over the responsibility of Jos Schoemaker.

Mr. Antonio Solera Sanz-Bustillo, representative of Bussol, graduated in Administration and Business Management by the IEE of Madrid and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration by Wales University. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Monteverde Real Estate Group. He was appointed Director in December 20, 2005.

Mr. Jaime Terceiro, Ph. D in Aeronautics Engineering by the Politécnica University of Madrid y graduated in Economics by the Autónoma University of Madrid. He is professor of Economics Analysis by the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been Chairman of Caja Madrid and of its financial holding and Managing Director of the Banco Hipotecario de España. He has published several research studies and is member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Currently he is Director of Bankinter and Sogecable. He was appointed Director of Tecnocom in October 23th 2000 for the first time and was reelected in June 27th 2006.

Mónica Ridruejo

Ms. Mónica Ridruejo, graduated in Filosofy and Economics by Mount Holyoke College of Massachussetts. She was Managing Director of the Spanish Public Television (RTVE) in 1996 and 1997. She has given several conferences to politicians, professionals and students, both in Spain and abroad. In 1996 she was appointed as Member of the International Council of the National Academy of Television Arts. She has been Depute in the European Parliament. Currently, she is the Managing Director of Dragonaria, a company specialized in the telecommunications, TV, audiovisual and Internet, and Director of Cadmos Energias Renovables S.L. among other responsabilities. She was appointed Director of Tecnocom in October 23th 2000 for the first time and was reelected in June 27th 2006.

Miguel Ángel Aguado Gavilán

Mr. Miguel Ángel Aguado Gavilán, graduated in Economics and Business Management by the Complutense University of MBA by Havard University. He is Director of several non listed companies of different sectors like transport concessions, real estate, recycling, agricultural-forest and financial services. He was appointed Director of Tecnocom in June 28th 1995 for the first time and was reelected in June 27th 2006.

Eduardo Montes Pérez del Real

Industrial Engineer. Former President of Siemens in Spain, Vice President and CEO of Siemens S.A. He was appointed as Executive President of the Communications Division, the Group largest Division, after his appointment as Vice President in the Management Board of Siemens AG. Additionally he worked as General Director and member of the Managers Board of Alcatel and as President and CEO of GEC Alsthom Transportation. Furthermore, he has been Executive President of Ferroantlántica (Villar Mir Group) until August 2010. Currently he is Director in the Bertlesmann Foundation, President of the Sustainability Excellence Club and member of the Advisory Councils of Mercapital, Ibereólica. He is also Director in Mecalux S.A.
